Privacy policy
As of 19 October 2026
Controller
addelis is responsible for this website, provider details in the legal notice.
Contact form
When you write to us via the form, we process name, business email, group or entity, role, group size and your message to answer your request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the details once the request is closed and no statutory retention applies, at the latest after 24 months without further contact.
Abuse protection
Against spam we use a hidden field and a minimum time to fill in the form, no third-party services. To slow down repeated sending we store a hash of your IP address that is rebuilt every day. We do not store the IP address itself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Service providers
The website runs on Vercel (Frankfurt data centre), data is stored with Supabase (Frankfurt). We send notifications about your request via Brevo (EU). Data processing agreements are in place with all providers. When you open the page, the host processes technically necessary data such as IP address and time in server logs.
Visitor statistics and request source
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not recognise you across days or websites; we only see aggregated figures such as pages, referring websites, countries and devices (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in an effective website). With a request we also store how you found us: campaign parameters in the link (utm), the first page you opened and the name of the referring website, never its full address. Your browser keeps these details only for the current visit (session storage) and sends them only with the form.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies for advertising or analytics. Technically necessary cookies are only set after signing in to the app and when you choose a language.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future. Write to us via the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
